Neighbours in Whitechapel.
Library park in Bethnal Green.
I remember these.
For Amalie.
Hello.
Dr Denim jeans, Happy Socks and Jil Sander shoes.
You cannot tell, but that’s my face.
Kids made this.
Comics, of course.
Miniature cooking stove…
And cooking utensils. They kill me, they are so neat.
Can you imagine having to wear this as a kid? Did kids have fun then? I wonder.
That’s not my body shape.
Keung is tiny.
And so are my feet.
Happy Saturday!
On my day of departure I managed to squeeze in a visit to the Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green.
I love love love looking at vintage toys and am a sucker for all things miniature! Plus, how awesome are shadow puppets!? There were so many amazing things to look at and photograph, so I decided to split this into two posts! Hope you enjoy them.
Most of my trip to London was drowned in fruit cocktails, which has resulted in very few photos.
And pomegranate juice.
I noticed a ship I had not seen before on Whitechapel Rd.
Would you like a complimentary chocolate with your coffee? Yes, please.
I missed you, metal chopsticks.
Chapche, oi kimchi, regular kimchi and bbq chicken (not pictured, obviously).
Useless change.
Handy.
Hello from London.
I arrived yesterday.
Spent the day walking around Shoreditch.
Looking at clothes.
Eating ice cream.
Looking at (way too expensive) vinyls at Rough Trade East.
Then back to the apartment.
Sitting on the rooftop terrace.
Drinking fruit cocktails in the sun. It was pretty awesome.
I started today with breakfast in bed. Tonight I’m seeing Animal Collective and Gang Gang Dance.
