It’s light when I get off work now! Well, apart from the fact that I’ve been working a whole lot longer the past couple of days and probably for the rest of the week. 12 hour work days don’t really leave much time for blogging!

I’ve got my Jil Sander shoes and a pair of red high top Converse that I wear at work mostly. I keep them in my cupboard with a big ol’ stack of vinyls.
Also, just as I blogged about my basil plant, it went and died on me! I have clearly spent too much time away working and not at home nursing it. I’m really sad (also, tired)! R.I.P.

random

A whole lot of tea has been consumed this winter.

But it seems Spring has finally come around. The sun has been out and temperatures have not been negative for a couple of days! And I found my favourite organic sodas at Føtex, which is very convenient.

AND! I’ve had this basil plant for MONTHS now, thanks to all of you! Having a blog is pretty useful, I’ll admit. Thank you all for being awesome! Happy weekend!

During Copenhagen Fashion Week AW10 I had lunch with the lovely Swedish dudes of Noko Jeans (yes, this was over a month ago but did you notice how time just seems to fly by lately?). These guys have made jeans in North Korea, which is very crazy and cool at the same time, and given my history with the DPRK getting to know these guys and their project has been really interesting. 1. Anne recommended that we have lunch at Le Pain Quotidien in Brussels, and I’m really glad we did. I think that lemonade with fresh mint pretty much saved my life! The light was amazing in there and the food was lovely.

2. This post is the last from my trip to Belgium! I hope I didn’t bore you too much, even my mum has requested I post something different already (undskyld, moar)!

3. I made a Formspring. So, Twitter, Flickr, Last.fm, Tumblr, Facebook… A lot of half girl action going on, probably too much. I might have to deem comments redundant!

And I regret how I said to you, “honey, just open your heart”, when I’ve got trouble even opening a honey jar

Belgian Comic Strip Center in Brussels is nice, but I recommend you go there on a day feeling maybe not so hung over and tired, because there will be someone with a vacuum cleaner on his back, vacuuming. For (what feels like) hours. And it will make you want to sit down and hug yourself and cry. It’s loud, because it’s a beautiful open space and if I hadn’t been such a complete wreck I might have been able to catch that, but alas it is the blurry vision again, so much so that the statue in the last picture almost looks like a real person hey?
Also, dudes, it’s the weekend already! What are you up to?
